Party Information
Spinnaker's Paradise Grill is responsible for the sale of food and alcoholic beverages in accordance with Florida State Regulations; therefore, The Paradise Grill must supply all food and beverages excluding special occasion cakes or Non-alcoholic wine.
A credit card number is required to confirm your reservation. Credit Card is for "guarantee" not a deposit. Full payment will be due the night of the event.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Any changes/cancellations of the confirmed reservation must be submitted via phone or fax by the end of business 7 days before the reservation time/date.
2. Any cancellations within 7 days will be charged a $250 cancellation fee.
3. The charges will be placed on the credit card used for reservation / confirmation purposes.
7.5 % Sales Tax & 18% Gratuity will be added to all food and beverage costs.
Your contract with Spinnaker's Paradise Grill binds you to financial responsibility for unusual or excessive damages to the property during your event.
All deliveries must have prior arrangement with management to eliminate any problems. Spinnaker is not responsible for wedding cake set up. Please schedule delivery as late as possible.
Decorations: Spinnaker's Paradise Grill does not provide decorations of any kind. Decorations are permissible, providing that they do not damage the Paradise Grill property. Assembly, delivery & decorating are the party's responsibility. The Paradise Grill will require advanced notification for any decorations/deliveries taking place, along with the date and time of scheduled decorations/deliveries. All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event. The Paradise Grill is not responsible for removal, storage, damage or loss of decorations.

At the conclusion of your function you will be presented with the final billing. Payment is expected at that time, unless otherwise arranged with management in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, Cash or Check.
